Jason D. Oberhamer, MAI

Jason joined the firm in 2023. He started his appraisal career in 2012 and holds the Certified General Real Property Appraiser license in Minnesota and North Dakota, and is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute. Jason has experience with a wide range of property types, including residential subdivision land, multi-family, retail, office and industrial properties for finance, estate, and tax appeal purposes. Jason graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2000 with a finance degree.
