Jason L. Messner, MAI, CRE

Jason is the President of Patchin Messner Valuation Counselors and has been with the company for over 30 years. Jason is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser, a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute, Member of The Counselors of Real Estate, Member of the International Right of Way Association, and Member of the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors. He also has served six years on the National Board of Directors of the Appraisal Institute.

His experience includes preparation of appraisals for condemnation, tax appeal, litigation, financing, debt restructuring, acquisition/disposal, and special assessment appeal. Properties appraised include office buildings, warehouses, service stations, manufacturing plants, medical and veterinary clinics, shopping centers, restaurants, apartment buildings, special-purpose properties, railroad corridors, vacant land, air rights, avigation easements, utility easements, highway easements, and environmentally impaired properties. Jason specializes in litigation valuation of commercial, industrial, development land and investment properties.
